HOT SHOT DRIVERS YOUNEED THIS COMPANY IN YOUR CONTACTS! They have everything you need for your trailer. I broke a leaf spring, they were the only people that had it in the area, and they are very reasonably priced. I want to thank Roxbury Trailers for bailing me out on a Saturday morning Easter weekend, when the earliest I was to get something was Wednesday of the following week.

I am an independent dispatcher of flatbeds and hotshots. I had a truck down for 2.5 days with brake issues on his trailer. He spent this time trying to get fixed at a trailer dealership in Virginia. Needless to say he still was not fixed 3K later. He delivered in New Jersey and I called Ken at Roxbury Trailer and explained to him the issue. He got my driver in an hour later without having to unhitch and he found the issue in 5 minutes. My driver was out of there in less than an hour.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was looking for an ATV trailer. I called and the staff was happy to hold the trailer I was interested in until I could get there later that day. We were in and out of there in less than an hour with our new trailer. The staff was thorough in making sure we understood how things worked and what to do to keep the trailer maintained. Highly recommend.

I picked up a 6x12 v-nose Sure-Trac Pro over the weekend. My salesman Dan was very knowledgeable and patience with me. Never pushy and answered all my questions. They made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. Their service crew were also great, they painted the inside floor of my trailer and even built me two shelves in the nose of trailer.

Brought my trade-in in, selected the new trailer and while we were hooking up and testing the lights the paperwork was being completed. Fair price on the trade and fair price on the new trailer. All I had to do was walk into the office, write the check, sign some papers and was on my way. All less than an hour. I would recommend this dealer to anyone

I bought my trailer here and it was a $1000 cheaper than in NY where I live.I had some trailer issues the day i picked up and the guys got it squared away and were honest and fair with me. If you need a trailer don't go anywhere else.

I am from Long Island and I was looking for a Sure trac utility trailer. I finally came across Roxbury trailers web site. They had exactly what I was looking for and the price was right. So I gave them a call and spoke to Dan. He was great to deal with. I sent him a copy of my license and insurance card and the next day my trailer was ready for me. It was a bit of a trip for me but well worth it. I am very pleased with the service I recieved and the quality of Sure trac trailers can't be beat. Excellent experience, purchased over the phone. Trailer was exactly how described with no hidden costs. I sent 2 friends there for motorcycle enclosed trailers. Roxbury set them up with E track. I am going back to purchase a 16' dump trailer. Just waiting on my HD to tow it.

Walked in to Roxbury Trailers and we were greeted with smiles and salt rocks ( my kids ended up buying the salt rocks while I bought the trailer ). We were helped by Jason and he found us a trailer fast and with a great price. My kids found them on craigslist and they were the best price for the best quality. I couldn't believe it. Then we had the issue with the brakes in the trailer not having the proper connector in the car for the car to utilize the brakes. There were 3 or 4 guys that came out to help us figure out what we would need and where to go to find it. Look no further this is the place to go for any trailer and salt rock needs.

After spending some time searching for a trailer i could use for my work and my sons boyscout troop gear i stopped by and looked at what was available on the lot . I was helped by a gentleman named don potter , not only is don a very helpful , calm and patient person but he had a good knowledge of what he is selling . I worked with Jason Simko on getting an enclosed trailer for my company. They had a lot of trailers on display so you can really compare what models you want. Once I picked mine out it only took about two weeks to come in. Jason was in constant communication with me. Hi Don, Just wanted to drop a note to tell you how positive my purchasing experience was. I arrived yesterday to pick up an 8x20 Lark trailer from you company. Upon arrival, I was pleased to find everything in order. You took the time to look over the trailer and find a small manufacturing issue that I had missed which was a popped rivet on a control box. The issue was corrected by one of your staff in less than 5 minutes. You explained all of the features of the trailer and identified a lighting issue originating from my vehicle, not the trailer.
