Roxbury Auto Inc. DBA Roxbury Trailers – Shipping & Pickup Policy
In-Store Pickup Only Roxbury Trailers does not offer shipping, freight, or local delivery for any of our trailers, equipment, or parts. All online purchases are strictly for In-Store Pickup at our physical dealership: 364 West Dewey Ave, Wharton, NJ 07885.
Pickup Requirements: Trailer Purchases To prevent fraud and ensure a smooth handover, all trailer pick-ups require the following:
- Identification & Payment: The purchaser must be present. You must provide a valid government-issued photo ID that exactly matches the name on the credit/debit card or bank account used for the online transaction.
- Invoicing & Titling: The name on the payment method will be the primary name on the invoice. (Exceptions for titling to a verified business/LLC can be made in person with proper documentation).
- Financed Purchases: If the trailer is being financed, every person listed on the loan (including co-signers) must be physically present at the time of pickup to sign the final financial documents. No exceptions.
Towing Equipment, Accessories, and Wiring You will need the proper setup to safely and legally tow your trailer home.
- Accessories: If you need a ball, ball mount, electrical adapter, or a Bluetooth brake controller, we have you covered! We sell all of these items on-site. (Please note: towing accessories are sold separately and are not included in the purchase price of the trailer).
- Installations: Need a hardwired brake controller, a vehicle-specific plug-in controller, or a full hitch installed on your truck? We can certainly do that, but it must be scheduled in advance. We cannot perform these installations on the spot at the time of pickup.
- Tow Vehicle Wiring: We guarantee all our trailers leave the lot with fully functioning lights and brakes. If your tow vehicle has a pre-existing wiring issue that prevents the trailer lights from working, we are happy to help troubleshoot for up to 30 minutes as a courtesy. Any diagnostic or repair work on your vehicle beyond 30 minutes is subject to our standard shop labor fee. We cannot guarantee an on-the-spot solution for complex vehicle wiring problems.
Pickup Requirements: Parts & Accessories For standard parts and accessories purchased online, please bring:
- Your order confirmation email (digital or printed).
- The credit/debit card used for the purchase.
