Roxbury Auto Inc. DBA Roxbury Trailers – Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. Because we sell both large equipment and individual parts, our return policy is divided into two categories: Trailers and Parts.
- Trailer Sales (All Sales Final) Due to the nature of vehicle registration and road wear, all trailer sales are final once the trailer leaves our lot.
- Once a trailer is towed off the premises, it is considered "used."
- Once a trailer is registered or titled in the buyer's name, we legally cannot accept it as a return, as it can no longer be sold as new.
- Note: If you wish to return a registered trailer, it must be processed as a used vehicle buy-back or trade-in, subject to an appraisal and management approval.
- Parts & Accessories (7-Day Return Window) We accept returns on parts and accessories within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: Parts must be unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition, including all original packaging.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved parts returns.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, installed, damaged, or modified parts.
- Custom or special-order items (including custom-ordered trailers).
- Clearance or final-sale items.
Return Shipping & Delivery Costs
- The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping or delivery costs to bring the item back to our physical location.
- Original shipping, freight, or delivery fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Once the returned part is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).
How to Start a Return (Parts Only) To initiate a parts return, please contact us before bringing the item back to the dealership.
